Information for New Clients

Welcome to Fox Valley Equine Practice!  Our goal is to treat your horses as if they were our horses and to offer the highest quality medicine available in a field setting.

We provide emergency coverage 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. To learn more about what to do in case of an emergency, visit our Emergency Page. If we need to recommend hospital care for your horse, we want to assist by referring you to the clinic of your choice and then helping as needed with follow-up care.

Our veterinarians are available by phone from about 7:30 to 9:00 a.m. most weekdays to answer your questions. If that timeframe isn’t convenient for you, our office staff will be glad to assist by forwarding a message to the veterinarians in the field. You may also contact the office at FVEP@FoxValleyEquine.com.

We look forward to helping you with the care and welfare of your horse, and we want to serve as a resource when you have questions or concerns. Below, we’ve highlighted a few resource items that will be especially useful to you as a horse owner and we’ve included a few items that you can print out for easy reference. For a complete listing of all of our resources, please visit our Resources Page.

We also invite you to sign up for our monthly e-news, conveniently sent directly to your email inbox, and/or to stay in touch with us via Facebook, where you can enjoy photos, announcements, and special offers–along with any equine news or health alerts that need to be communicated quickly.

We look forward to developing a great relationship with you and your horse! Thank you for joining our team.
